Cheesy, the misspelling was a typo, but I thought I'd leave it cus it's cheesy like that movie with an Afro-American actor and his son.

Anyways, situation from previous journal resolved (I hope. I'm telling this mainly to my heart, not you guys out there). I am officially seeking closure after my return from Sweden, date to be determined.

So that brings me to another point: I won't be uploading stuff (I have heaps planned, trust me, I'm starting to get really active here </perky voice>;) from Sunday (12.07) till 30.07, as I'ma do a road trip with my parents to Sweden. Let's hope the heads won't roll.

Ahh, morally you are right about a vegan line, but I'm imagining that customers might value actual fur or leather over synthetic substitutes. While some of my designs that I won't upload because they aren't completed do incorporate leather or fur, I will edit the annotations to mark them as synthetic material, now that you've brought that point to my observation.
I find mens wear so difficult not being a guy, and not knowing the styles they like wearing... So yeah, childrens wear and womens wear is the easiest

You are right, there are people who will wear the real materials. But I don't want PETA standing outside my studio waiting for a costumer walking out of my store someday. And also back in my grandma's generation all of that was the most elegant and hip thing. In this present day, and economy, everyone is going green or being animal friendly because it's expensive and I don't see a market for it, unless you're doing a luxury line of fashion. I want to do contemporary everyday design that is available to everyone, like INC or any other brand. I'm the same way with mens wear right now, maybe when I do have experience with mens wear I would do it.

Oh yes, that would be horrible for customers and they wouldn't come back (or only order online, and that is usually not the best fit for clothes). One can really tell you want to do this for a living - I haven't given this proper consideration at all!

I usually think about this kind of thing while I work on projects. I was a vegetarian for 5 months, but I got off of it because I got a little chubby from it, now I'm trying to work it off. I don't won't any negative attention when I do get into the design world so I try be be kind to the environment and animals while bringing fun clothing with good quality back into fashion. And I've looked at clothes online but I'm afraid to buy them. I always feel better if I try them on, especially blouses, t-shirts, and tops. I always say do what you love to do and make a career out of it. If you like art and design, go into an art and design career. If you want to help people, go into a medical career. If you want to uphold justice, be a lawyer or on the police force.
